The 7th edition of RFFS, entitled “One Eye Laughing, One Eye Crying: Resilient Together”, unfolds between November 13-22. The festival is organized by the American Romanian Cultural Society Seattle (ARCS) in partnership with Northwest Film Forum, UiPath Foundation, 4 Culture, and the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York. All films will be available to view in the US only.
